If the product that you have bought does not fit, or if there is a manufacturer's defect we will refund or credit EVERYTHING that we billed you for, provided that you return it within 30 days of shipping. This refund includes the full purchase price of the product, any taxes that we charged, and ALL handling fees and shipping costs (shipping costs up to $15) that you were charged for. Other websites never give you back the original shipping charges, and then charge you huge restocking fees, and sometimes even make you pay the shipping costs all over again. With us you are only responsible for shipping the product back to us (but make sure you obtain adequate insurance, since we will not be held responsible for any returned merchandise which is lost in transit). Shoes that you return or exchange must not be worn. PLEASE TRY YOUR SHOES ON A CARPET OR OTHER CLEAN, SOFT SURFACE TO PREVENT ANY SCRATCHING OF THE SOLES. SHOES WITH SOILED, SCRATCHED OR MARKED SOLES OR SHOES WHICH HAVE BEEN WORN CANNOT BE RETURNED.
