If the product that you have bought does not fit, or if there is a manufacturer's defect we will refund or credit EVERYTHING that we billed you for, provided that you return it within 30 days of shipping. This refund includes the full purchase price of the product, any taxes that we charged, and ALL handling fees and shipping costs (shipping costs up to $15) that you were charged for. Other websites never give you back the original shipping charges, and then charge you huge restocking fees, and sometimes even make you pay the shipping costs all over again. With us you are only responsible for shipping the product back to us. However if you send back more than one pair of shoes there will be a 15% restocking fee for multiple shoes returned. Also make sure you obtain adequate insurance, since we will not be held responsible for any returned merchandise which is lost in transit.
Other websites often charge huge restocking fees, and sometimes even make you pay shipping charges again to send exchanged shoes.
Read the guarantee offered by any other websites. If they have no specified guarantee you have nothing and you will be stuck with the shoes if you don't like them or they do not fit. If they do not tell you that they will refund your money then you are only allowed to exchange the shoes. If they do not specifically tell you they will refund all shipping and handling costs then you will always be stuck with those costs no matter what happens.

Shoes that you return or exchange must not be worn. PLEASE TRY YOUR SHOES ON A CARPET OR OTHER CLEAN, SOFT SURFACE TO PREVENT ANY SCRATCHING OF THE SOLES. SHOES WITH SOILED, SCRATCHED OR MARKED SOLES OR SHOES WHICH HAVE BEEN WORN CANNOT BE RETURNED.
